
There are various areas on which students are assessed in MBA Entrance Exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP etc. These are Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Vocabulary, English Grammar, Synonyms, Antonyms, Reading Comprehensive, Case Study, General Awareness, etc. So it is necessary that the candidates should prepare well on all the above aspects. You should prepare on the basis of previous year’s papers, this would be an additional advantage if you can solve all those questions very well.
There are mostly four aspects that are covered in MBA Entrance Exams. These are discussed below as follows:
1. Quantitative Aptitude: A candidate who seeks admission in MBA is expected to have ability to solve basic arithmetic problems.
2. Logical Reasoning & Data Interpretation: Questions in this section can be on several types and vary. Most of the questions in this category require common sense and therefore must be attempted with cool mind.
3. General English: This test is designed to know basic understanding of English language by the candidates.
4. General Awareness: The test of General Awareness is designed to judge the general knowledge and awareness of the candidates.
